In cases of latent hyperprolactinemia, it binds to dopaminergic receptors in the pituitary gland, thereby reducing prolactin levels. This leads to an increase in luteinizing hormone (LH), helping to balance estrogen and progesterone levels.
A study conducted by the Institute of Health and Science in Germany found that 52% of women who took this supplement experienced significant improvement in menstrual symptoms, such as bloating, headaches, and irritability.
